We design, build and run AI-native systems.
Custom software and data engineering.
Same team, on the cloud of your choice.
Data first
Build AI on data you can trust.
We build the Databricks foundation for production AI and custom software. The same team can also build data platforms on cloud-native technologies.

Across our clientele, delivery work that took a team of ten now takes three.
Fabric is our own context store, memory and agent runtime, built on Databricks. It is free and Apache-2.0 licensed. We sell the engineering, and we run our own company on Fabric, which is why we can open the workspace and show you one running.
How Fabric does itProduction software for companies that needed more than a dashboard.
One delivery system
Fabric is the fulcrum of every TechFabric delivery team.
Our engineers use it to connect agents, data and software from the first decision through production.
Engineers own the judgment.
The people who scope the work make the architecture calls and remain accountable at go-live.
Agents carry the repeatable work.
Research, implementation and verification move faster without handing the outcome to a machine.
Every TechFabric project runs on Fabric.
Our engineers start with the agent harness, logging and governance controls already in place, instead of an empty repository.
Fill the seat.
Own the problem.
The engineers who scope the work build the system and remain on it at go-live. The people in the first call are still there when production traffic arrives.
Senior engineers, deployed alongside your team.
Forward-deployed teams
Product, design and engineering people who sit inside your business, find the real problem, and ship it.
Migrations to Databricks
Off Snowflake, Synapse, Teradata and SQL Server, onto Lakehouse and Lakebase, with a cutover you can reverse.
Data engineering
Pipelines that hold, tables people trust, and a bill that stops surprising you.
Data science & AI
Context stores, memory, retrieval and governed agents that survive production.
AI/BI & Genie dashboards
Genie answers a business question in English, and the answer holds up when somebody checks it against finance.
Machine learning
Models that reach an endpoint, get retrained on a schedule, and can be rolled back by somebody who was not there.
Data & AI governance
Unity Catalog designed so grants hold, lineage survives a refactor, and an agent inherits permissions instead of routing around them.
Product development
Full product delivery: multi-tenant architecture, operator consoles and the data layer under them. Shipped as Databricks Apps when the product belongs next to the lakehouse.
APIs & durable systems
Long-running operations that survive restarts and partial failure. Temporal under the lakehouse jobs, agent runs and approvals that must not half-complete.
Databricks is the platform we have gone deep on, and Temporal sits underneath the operations that must not fail. Where a system has to reach past the workspace we build on Azure, AWS, Google Cloud and Cloudflare too.

source platforms Fabric Airlift carries an executable playbook for, from Snowflake and Synapse to Teradata and SAP. Airlift is free and open source, and it runs inside your own workspace. The first two weeks of a migration are sold on their own as the Migration Readiness Sprint.
Our engineers do not start from an empty repository.
Fabric carries context and memory. Harness runs durable agents. Fabric Experiments measures their work, Tower keeps people in control, and Airlift carries the migration playbooks.
All of it runs inside your own Databricks workspace, under your Unity Catalog, on data that stays in your boundary. All of it is free and Apache-2.0 licensed. We deploy and run it for you during an engagement, or you take the source, change whatever does not fit, and deploy it yourself. Nothing here is a licence you keep paying for, and nothing stops working the month we leave.
